Product Signup
When you signup for a Reseller Account with LogicBoxes, you
are automatically signed up for all Products and Services that are offered by LogicBoxes.
As such, your Customers and Sub-resellers can purchase all Products and Services
from you.
However, if do not wish to sell one or more of these Products/Services, you need to manually
revoke signup for that Product/Service from your Control Panel. Also, you need
to signup for any future Products and Services launched by LogicBoxes.
How to Sign up for a future Product / Service?
- Login into your Reseller Admin Control Panel from
http://manage.logicboxes.com/reseller.
- Click on Settings -> Products -> Manage Product Signup.
- You can choose one of the following Product Signup preferences below:
a. Signup for all future Products and Services - by selecting the
Automatically sign me up for all Products and Services radio button.
Choosing this option automatically signs you up for all our future Products and Services.
b. Signup for selected future Products and Services - by selecting the I will
manually sign-up for individual Products and Services radio button. Choosing
this option will require you to signup for each future Product/Service manually.
This can be accomplished by selecting the Active radio button adjacent to
the Product/Service you wish to sell.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page and
save your selection by clicking on the Submit button.
IMPORTANT
- You will encounter the below error message in case another action for
modifying the Product Signup Preferences is already in progress -
Another action for modifying your product
signup preferences is already under processing. Please try later.
You need to wait until your previous modification takes
effect and then make a new modification to your Product Signup
Preferences.
- The SuperSite and PartnerSite contain information about the
Products and Services you offer. This data is downloaded to your SuperSite
and PartnerSite from your Control Panel
and cached (stored) on the SuperSite and PartnerSite Server respectively. Hence, you would
need to refresh the cache of your SuperSite and PartnerSite once you have completed the
above process. You can accomplish this from
within your Control Panel itself by clicking on Tools -> Reload SuperSite
& PartnerSite Cache -> SuperSite & PartnerSite Active Products Data.

Upon signup, continue setting up this Product/Service by setting its Pricing
Slabs and Legal Agreements.

How to Discontinue Selling a Product / Service?
- Login into your Reseller Admin Control Panel from
http://manage.logicboxes.com/reseller.
- Click on Settings -> Products -> Manage Product Signup.
- You can choose to either
a. Stop accepting new Orders while keeping existing Orders - This can
be accomplished by selecting the Stop New Sales radio button. This ensures
that while your Customers/Sub-Resellers can continue Managing, Renewing and
Modifying any existing Orders, new Orders can not be sold of this
Product/Service.
b. Stop Selling a Product/Service entirely - If there aren't any
existing Orders bought by either your Customers or your Sub-Resellers
Customers and so on, then you can completely decide to stop selling an entire
Product/Service, by selecting the InActive radio button.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page and
save your selection by clicking on the Submit button.
IMPORTANT
- You will encounter the below error message in case another action for modifying
the Product Signup Preferences is already in progress -
Another action for modifying your product signup
preferences is already under processing. Please try later.
You need to wait until your previous modification takes effect
and then make a new modification to your Product Signup Preferences.
- You will encounter the below error message in case you are trying to
mark as Inactive one or more Product(s) / Service(s) having active Orders
for them -
The following Product(s) / Service(s) that you wish
to stop selling have Orders existing for them:
*
<productname>
These Orders could belong to you or any of your Sub-Resellers.
Please delete all the Orders for this/these Product(s) / Service(s) and try
again.
You need to first delete such Orders and then try marking the Product(s) / Service(s) Inactive.
- You have to compulsorily continue selling at least 1 Domain Name
Extension and can not discontinue selling all Domain Name Extensions. This
implies that at least 1 Domain Name Extension should be on the Active
status.
You will encounter the below error message if you try to discontinue selling
all Domain Name Extensions -
You cannot unsignup for ALL TLDs
- The SuperSite and PartnerSite contain information about the
Products and Services you offer. This data is downloaded to your SuperSite
and PartnerSite from your Control Panel
and cached (stored) on the SuperSite and PartnerSite Server respectively. Hence, you would
need to refresh the cache of your SuperSite and PartnerSite once you have completed the
above process. You can accomplish this from
